Event: Music on the Bay

Location: Whiskey Joe’s Barefoot Beach, 7720 Courtney Campbell Causeway, Tampa, FL 33407
Cost: $75 per person until 1/14/14 and $85 per person after 1/14/14. Price includes 3 ½ days admission, goody bag* and shuttle service from hotels to Whiskey Joe’s.
*Registration deadline to receive a Goody bag is 1/14/14
Event Information: Music on the Bay (MOTB) is a three day Parrot Head Trop-Rock, a genre that blends other genres including Rock, Reggae, Caribbean and Latin with Island/Tropical instrument arrangements and song themes and has its’ roots in the beach music scene from the 60’s, Festival at Whiskey Joe’s Barefoot Beach on Tampa Bay. The proceeds from MOTB raffles benefit the Shriners Hospitals for Children™.
MOTB features America’s some of the best Trop Rock Bands from all over the nation. Starting on Thursday, February 27th at 6pm , 17 artists will take over the outdoors beach stage. Each registered attendee will be given a “goodie bag” (deadline registration for goody bag is 1/14/14), to commemorate the occasion. In addition, there will be vendors with “parrotphanlia” on site.
Cost is $75 per person to until January 14th, 2014, $85 per person after January 14th, so register today! Discount Hotel accommodations are still available until Feburary …visit the MOTB website at http://www.musiconthebay.org to register and to get more information.
Tampa Bay Parrot Heads, one of the Central / West Florida Parrot Head sponsors, has been operating in Tampa Bay for 17 years and is one of the largest, most active clubs in the world. We have over 600 plus members who “volunteer when called upon” and do civic duties in Tampa Bay. Our not-for-profit club sponsors various charities, and lives up to our motto
